Easy Tips For Helping Your Devices To Charge More Quickly

Shopping Blog

Most modern vehicles are equipped with a dual USB car charger. Thanks to this wonderful invention, you can charge your phone, your tablet, or any other important device that you may have while you drive to work or anywhere else.

Unfortunately, though, many people often complain that their car chargers do not work as quickly as they would like. If you struggle with this issue, don't worry. There are a great many things you can do to help your device charge faster, even when using your vehicle's USB charger.

Use a Quality Compatible Charger

First things first, make sure that you are using the charger that came with your specific device. If that is not possible, due to some kind of failure or another issue, try and use a charger made specifically for your device.

If you are using cheap chargers or barely compatible chargers, your device will not charge quickly, if it charges at all. This is because cheaper or less compatible devices often have a lower amp rating, thus leading to slower, less reliable charging.

Try Turning on Airplane Mode Before You Charge

Another thing you can try to help with quicker car charging is to turn your device on airplane mode before plugging it into the charger. While it might not seem like this can make a big difference, it actually can. When you turn on airplane mode, you also turn off cellular connections, WiFi connections, radio connections, and even Bluetooth connections.

And, when your device isn't wasting its time and literal energy trying to connect to these things, it's much more capable of charging quickly and easily.

Don't Touch Your Device

Many people view charging time as a time to use their devices without worrying about the charge. They think that since it's charging, they can use it without worrying about it dying. However, this is not the case at all. Even when charging, using your device uses its power, and you can use that power up faster than the rate at which the device is charging.

If you want your device to charge quickly and fully, don't touch it. Don't use it or do anything. Just let it charge so that you're not losing the power that the charger is trying to put into it.

As you can see, your car charger isn't always to blame when your device is not charging as quickly as you might like. However, if you can follow these tips, there is no reason that you can't get more satisfaction and a much faster charge out of your device.
